Business Analysis
Do you need a Business Analyst for your project? We can offer business analysis and requirement scoping/gathering for a wide range of technology based projects. The advantage of using a Business Analyst from S8 Consulting, is that all our BA's will have the technical backing at the company who can advise upon best practice to reach the project vision.
We have the advantage of being able to offer Solution Designers for the next phase of the project, after the requirement gathering phase completes. This allows both our B.A's and Solution Designers to stay in sync through the whole lifecycle of your projects initiation. In doing so, the transition from requirements gathering to architecture and solution design flows smoothly.
Solution Design
Scott Mackenzie, the Technical Director of S8 Consulting has a long and established background in Solution Design work. This is our core product as a business and we draw on years of experience designing elegant easy to use technical documents, which encompass both the requirements of the business project goal with the deliverability of a technical project. Getting the balance right between the vision and the deliverable is the greatest asset of a Solution Design/Architecture team and we have plenty of experience in UK Industry getting it right.
We believe for larger projects by combining the experience of our contract Business Analysts with the experience of our Solutions technical team, S8 Consulting can derisk the implementation stage of your projects significantly.
Delivery Management
Any project needs a dedicated delivery management team. Technical's aside - without a robust budget and plan the project isn't going anywhere. At S8 Consulting, we can offer delivery management - often called Technical Delivery Management - to your projects. In our experience, the Project Manager is always provided by the sponsoring organisation, whilst the technical aspects of the delivery and implementation plan can be provided by us. This allows our Solution Designer to work closely with our Technical Delivery Manager to ensure 100% understanding of elements and components of the project.
We follow the Prince2 methodology for our projects but can draw on community consultants specific to your organisations preferred delivery model.
